Inside Sales Trainee

We are hiring highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Trainees to join our Sales team in Bangalore. Any fresh graduate looking to begin their career can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities

 Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms to set-up meetings with the Sales team

 Handle inbound inquiries from potential / existing clients and provide them with product information

 Continuously stay updated with industry trends, competition and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly

 You must have a passion for sales and should be open to open any conversation with confidence

Requirements:

 Basic education is not a mandatory criteria

 Excellent communication and convincing skills is mandatory

 Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients

 Self-motivated and able to work independently as well. as part of a team

 Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred

Working days:

5 (Monday to Friday) with 9 hours work that includes 1 hour of break.
