Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Faridabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the business's daily operations, including overseeing staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining quality control. As the Operations Manager, you will manage a team, streamline processes and procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
 Bachelors degree in business. administration
 Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
 At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry
 Ability to identify and analyze problems and develop practical solutions
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software is highly preferred
 Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with the ability to prioritize and multitask
 Flexible to work long hours as the job demands

The ideal candidate for the Operations Manager role has excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. They must handle a fast-paced work environment and prioritize effectively while ensuring all operations run smoothly.
