Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the magazine. This includes managing staff, creating and implementing systems and processes, setting goals, and analyzing performance metrics. The Operations Manager will also work closely with the editorial team to ensure deadlines are met and quality content is produced.

Qualifications
 Operations Management and Process Improvement skills
 Experience in managing staff and overseeing daily operations
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to analyze data and performance metrics
 Organizational and project. management skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
 Experience in the publishing or media industry is a plus
 Experience in digital media and social media management is also beneficial
