Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located in Noida. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining client relationships. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications
Experience in. operations management, team management, and client relationship management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in data analysis and process improvement
Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
Candidates should be from BPO backgrounds,
