Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Vasai. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications
 Experience in sales and sales management
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to lead and motivate a team
 Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
 Ability. to develop and implement sales strategies
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
 Experience in the construction industry is a plus
