- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial properties, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve understanding client needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
1. Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

3. Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits.

10. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
5. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
9. Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
10. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
