Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales and marketing, including customer acquisition, training, sales management, and communication with Architects, Interior Designers, Hospitality chains & HNI clients. He/She will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing sales strategies for Architects, Interiors Designers and target audiences, conducting market. research, meeting sales targets, training customers on product safety & performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management to Architectural, Interiors Designing & Building Industry.
Experience in providing Product Presentation to Target Audiences, Specifiers & Large Gatherings.
3-5 years Experience in conducting market research & mapping competitor's landscape.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Marketing, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of the building industry, experience with CRM software, and proficiency in Presentation skills,
