Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Rohnos Pigments located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales and marketing such as identifying new markets and customer needs, developing strategies, creating and delivering presentations, managing customer accounts, and providing training to sales teams.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated success in sales
Experience in training and sales management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the pigments industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software,
