We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and providing exceptional support to our existing customer base. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from architects, consultants and project managers to engineers and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and prospect new customers. through calls, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the lighting industry.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our lighting solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, product development, project fulfilment, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Prepare quotations, reports, and presentations for clients and prospects.
Assist with execution and completion of projects end-to-end from initial discussions to after-sales service
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the lighting industry or related field.
Strong understanding of lighting technologies, products, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel as needed,
