Sales Assistant ( Real Estate)

Job Description & Responsibilities which including but not limited to:

Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.

Handling the clients at the site office.

Build and maintain a network of potential buyers and investors.

Site Visit Arrangement:

Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.

Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about projects.

Follow up with the clients for negotiation.

Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers to facilitate successful transactions.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide market analysis reports to assist in decision-making.

Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with clients, real estate professionals (Channel Partner).

Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the selling process.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle administrative duties such. as maintaining client databases, preparing reports, and managing paperwork.

Requirements:

3- 5 years Proven experience as a Real Estate Salesperson or a similar role.

Should have a valid driving License.

English/Telugu/Hindi is a must.

Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.

Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

This role may require irregular working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules for site visits.

Travel within the designated market area may be necessary.
