    Job Description: Client acquisition Executive (Staffing) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our staffing agency. The BDE will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new client opportunities, nurturing relationships, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging market insights and industry trends. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and service agreements to prospective clients, negotiating terms and conditions to secure business deals. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, using insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of client interactions. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are understood and met, providing feedback to improve service delivery. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates, preparing regular reports on sales performance and market insights. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3 - 7 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
