Responsibilities:

1.Bid Writing:
 Lead the end-to-end bid writing process, including proposal creation, technical documentation, and pricing strategies.
 Analyze RFPs/RFIs and other procurement documents to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
 Prepare the technical proposal with diagrams, PPT, flow charts to enhance the visual engagement of the reviewing client.
 Familiarity with various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the software being proposed.
 Familiarity with software development methodologies --Agile, Waterfall,
 Ability to comprehend and articulate system architectures and design principles.
 Knowledge of scalable and maintainable software architecture patterns.
 Familiarity with networking concepts and infrastructure requirements.
 Understanding of cloud services and hosting environments.
 Experience in creating project plans and timelines.
 Understanding of resource requirements and budgeting
 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
 Understanding of code repository management.
 Must have Proposal writing certification like Shipley's

2. Presentations:
 Develop engaging and persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.
 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create visually appealing and informative PPT
 Present proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
 Proficiency in technical writing to effectively communicate complex concepts and specifications. translate technical details into clear and concise language for a non-technical audience
 Must be good in Figma, Power BI

.Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering BE in Computer Science , BTECH,MBA ,
 Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role in the software industry.
 Strong understanding of bid writing processes and a track record of successful proposal submissions.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Content writing, RFP analysis
 Proficiency in creating compelling sales presentations using tools like PowerPoint, FIGMA, Tableau,
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
 Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
 Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding Targets,
