Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to be the foundational pillar of Doxy's digital marketing department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up, attracting new clients, and establishing Doxy as a trusted provider in the market. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a relentless drive to. succeed.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:
 Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
 Develop a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with Doxy's overall business objectives.
 Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and track progress.

Building the Foundation:
 Establish and optimize core digital marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email marketing).
 Implement SEO best practices for organic search visibility.
 Utilize content marketing to educate target audiences and establish thought leadership.
 Craft compelling PPC campaigns to drive targeted leads and conversions.
 Set up and manage analytics tools to track campaign performance and user behavior.

Growth & Client Acquisition:
 Develop lead generation strategies and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
 Create proposals and presentations to acquire new clients for digital marketing services.
 Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
 Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, adapting the strategy accordingly.

Foundational Operations:
 Establish workflow and processes for efficient digital marketing operations.
 Identify and implement relevant marketing tools and technologies.
 Recruit and manage freelance talent or build a small digital marketing team as needed.
 Prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on building new initiatives.

 Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns from scratch.

 Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

 Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

 Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
