Business Development Executive

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive at Rescript Sustainable Stationary, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our sustainable stationary business. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall expansion and success of the company. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
 Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
 Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
 Understand clients" needs and objectives and propose solutions that meet their. requirements.
 Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
 Sales Strategy and Execution:
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
 Track sales performance and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
 Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:
 Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
 Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
