Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Virtual Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients through virtual communication channels, managing financial portfolios, and identifying opportunities for business growth. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and strategize solutions that meet clients" needs.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
 Minimum of 2-3 years in a banking, financial services, or related industry role
 Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships virtually
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information to clients
 Demonstrated ability to manage. financial portfolios and develop business growth opportunities for clients
 Experience working with virtual communication channels and proficiency in relevant software tools
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, insurance, and investment options
 Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with additional language proficiency a plus,
