Job Profile & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager. The Key Responsibility Area of Relationship Manager will be :-
 Client Sourcing
 Periodical Financial Review
 Day to Day Coordination between Clients & Operations
 Up sell and Cross sell
 Renewals of Investment & Insurance Products

The Key Performance Indicator of the Relationship Manager are :-
 New Client Conversion
 Client Retention
 New Client Referrals
 Product Sales Outcomes
 100% Renewals
 100% Client Wallet Share

The responsibilities also include for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and. prospects, handling client inquiries, offering investment and insurance solutions and tracking client progress. The Relationship Manager role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Proven experience as a relationship manager or a similar client-facing role
 Good understanding of financial products, markets, and industry trends
 Ability to work independently
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
 Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
 CFP/ NISM Level-1 & Level-2 Registered Investment Advisor Certification & NISM V-A MF Certification
 Fluent in English and Hindi
