Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a NABH Consultant at Healthcare Quality Management Services. The NABH Consultant will be responsible for conducting assessments and audits to ensure compliance with NABH standards, providing guidance and support in implementing quality improvement initiatives, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, and conducting training sessions for staff. This role is located in Western Maharashtra (Kolhapur, Sangli, Miraj, Satara, Karad, etc) (Willingness to travel is a must), with flexibility for some remote work.
To assist hospital achieving NABH Accreditation
Conduct thorough assessments of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with NABH standards.
Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
Provide training and guidance to healthcare staff on NABH standards and best practices.
Assist in the preparation of documentation required for NABH accreditation.
Conduct mock audits and gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with hospital management to enhance patient safety and care quality.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation process
Experience in conducting assessments and audits
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Willingness to travel within the Western Maharashtra region.
