Job Description- Functional Deliverables

a)Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale, including financing options and after-sales services

b) Customer need analysis, OPECO understanding for EV/ICE - Passenger & Commercial Vehicle( 3W and 4W SCV <2 Tn)

c) Physical vehicle demonstration, Test drive to customer, FAB, FAME and warranty terms understanding

d) Competition intelligence and Customer Objection Handling,

e) Shall handle the digital tool for customer Journey

f) Good Presentations and Analytical skills to interacts/Meet with Captive Customer Segment

g) BTL Activations at Key locations to generate the enquiries

h) Drive conversions (Retail). Work with the Sales Managers for enquiry follow up, Updating on Cerebra app, updating in DMS, Daily Pipeline status (Bookings/Hot/Warm/Cold), drive conversion for hot enquiries,

i)Good Relationship with financiers , Follow up for closure of the cases

Exchange Focus: Identify old vehicles in the market and support Sales Heads in organizing exchange mela

Educational & Technical Qualifications (for External Candidate)

Should be a Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile engineering

Should have the Basic Knowledge of 3W/4W-ICE & Electrical vehicle handling experience of 4 to 5 years

Must be able to communicate in local language must posses Analytical skills, Customer Influencing skills & Negotiation skills

Ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders like Insurance, RTO, Accounts department, Externals teams like Financer and Event Agency's

Computer knowledge , working on MS Office like Outlook, Excel, DMS Would be added advantage for preference of candidate

Preferred for having a personal two-wheeler for Local field travel

Must have driving License of 3W & 4W-Transport or CV

Work Experience & Industry Preferred:

Should have at least 4/5 years of existing experience of CNG, Diesel, CE commercial vehicle industry  EV 3Wheeler /EV 4Wheeler
