Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at HomzCare Associates. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. They will work closely with potential buyers and tenants to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications
 Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
 Customer Relationship Management and Lead Generation experience
 Real Estate market knowledge and familiarity with property management
 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
 Goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
 Relevant sales certifications or training programs are a plus,
