This role involves selling services related to digital marketing, branding, and admissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets by closing deals with top-tier schools, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly targets. Identify and target premium schools for potential business opportunities. Engage with school decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored digital marketing, branding, and admission solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in premium schools. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries from clients. Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, particularly in the education sector targeting premium schools. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and admission processes. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Skills and Attributes: Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
