Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Independent Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation sales, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for ACCSPL services, including train courier, FTL/PTL, surface, and air courier services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored logistics solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans to achieve or exceed targets. Work closely with the internal team to align on service offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new sales opportunities and provide insights for service improvement.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections. Analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for ACCSPL while delivering value to customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of logistics services, including train freight, truck load, surface courier, and air courier.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with a competitive commission structure. The more you sell, the more you earn. Additional incentives may be available based on performance.,
