Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage our Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Business Development Associate (BDA) teams. The BDM will play a crucial role in driving business by strategizing, overseeing field operations, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, team management, and building partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
Assign leads generated by PROs to PRMs/BDAs for effective follow-up.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to PRO and BDA teams.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
Lead Generation and Management:
Identify and establish new lead generation channels.
Analyze lead quality and conversion rates to optimize strategies.
Develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns.
Sales and Conversion:
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and identify improvement areas.
Provide support to the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets.
Track application walk-ins and analyze conversion rates, identifying improvement opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis:
Identify potential hotspots for lead generation and maintain a comprehensive database.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the academic team to gather feedback and inform the sales team.
Identify and pursue opportunities for pre-school tie-ups.
Event Management:
Plan and execute on-ground events and campaigns to generate leads.
Track and analyze event performance to measure ROI.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on team performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in banking and education sector.
Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable strategies.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft excel.
