- Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and executing business development strategies, and managing sales pipelines. You will collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with company objectives, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in business development or sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred)
Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Willingness to travel as needed
