    Job Title: Lead - HR Transformation & Project Management Reports To: Global Head Org effectiveness & HR Technology Job Purpose: As a Transformation Lead, your primary role will be to drive HR transformation projects and manage performance program. Youll define and implement the people analytics strategy, transforming our people data into actionable insights for the global organization. You will be part of the Global Organization Effectiveness and HR Technology team, with a focus on driving Strategic HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, people management skills, reporting skills, and data analytics experience. Were looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive individual who is data-driven and eager to build strong team relationships. Job Responsibilities: Lead the HR transformation projects & initiatives, aligning HR practices with the organizations goal & objectives. Design and drive the global People Analytics strategy. Define the key metrics & utilize storytelling to create a concrete strategy and roadmap that aligns with the broader HR team's agenda. Collaborate with Global HR & Cross functional teams to assess current HR processes, tools & systems identifying areas of improvement as well as implementing best practices. Monitor HR Performance metrics and analytics, identifying trends and making recommendations for process improvements & data driven decisions. Collaborate with various teams to drive adoption and transform analytics into actionable HR insights. Conduct a detailed forecasting to arrive at the workforce planning in alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain workforce planning models to predict future headcount requirements based on business growth across global regions & geographies. Enhance and implement performance programs that drive employee development and organizational effectiveness. This includes managing peripherals like appraisal platforms, and employee enablement materials for effective appraisal and promotion cycles. Manage HR system implementations, including vendor selection, project planning, system configuration and user acceptance testing. Desired Skills: 7-10 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Analytics/Reporting with core functional skillsets including Performance Management, HR/ Business Analytics, HR Transformation, or related fields. Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) would be an added advantage. Experience in global HR stakeholder management, with emphasis on cross-country data compliance (GDPR, etc.) Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with all employee levels, including top management. A team player with a strong desire to build relationships across the business and respect for cultural diversity. Note - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with MBA in HR is preferred.,
