Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in JIRA to join our PMO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:
 Agile Leadership: Guide, coach, and mentor Agile teams in Scrum practices and principles to ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement.
 Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 JIRA Management: Administer and optimize JIRA for Agile project management, including configuring boards, workflows, and reports to support team needs.
 Impediment Removal: Identify, track, and help remove impediments that hinder team productivity and progress.
 Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across the organization to ensure successful project delivery.
 Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
 Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and adapt.
 Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key Agile metrics, providing insights to the team and stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
 Experience:
 Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
 Proven experience with JIRA, including advanced configuration and reporting.
 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.
 Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
 Skills:
