Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Team

Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of associates to deliver exceptional

customer service and achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills,

excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

 Candidate should have a minimum qualification of Graduate

 Minimum of 1 year of experience as Team Leader in a BPO

 Six days working environment, work from office only

 Candidate should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

 Proficiency in MS Office applications and contact center software

 Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively

Responsibilities:
 Lead and supervise a team of associates to ensure efficient operation and achievement of performance

targets
 Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to support their professional development

and improve performance
 Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize productivity and customer

satisfaction
 Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
 Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
 Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes
 Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance, and other relevant data
