Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or IT services company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Identify new business opportunities in the North American market through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing them with the right solutions.
Deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and demonstrating the value we can bring to their business.
