Relationship Officer

Roles and Responsibility :-

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Internal employees (GLAC) interested in personal loan products.

- Provide personalized assistance and guidance throughout the loan application and approval process.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and effectively.

 Loan Product Expertise:

- Educate internal customers on various personal loan products, their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

- Recommend suitable loan solutions based on customer needs and financial circumstances.

- Ensure compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory requirements during the loan origination process

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions.

- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and customer confidentiality.

- Good communication skills  English + local language.

 Sales and Target Achievement:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal loan disbursements.

- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other financial products offered by the NBFC.

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

 Process Adherence and Efficiency:

- Follow standardized loan processing procedures to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit underwriting and operations to expedite loan approvals and disbursements.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure documentation completeness and adherence to timelines.

 Compliance and Risk Management:

- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to loan origination and customer data protection.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan applications and customer interactions.
