Role Description
This is a full-time Relationship Officer role based in Ranchi. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include resolving customer queries and complaints, cross-selling financial products, and achieving targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
