Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Relationship Officer at BlueStone in Pune. The role involves managing customer relationships, resolving queries and concerns, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Customer Relationship Officer will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in managing customer relationships
Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail industry
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Bike & Driving License Compulsory,
