We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong technical and business background to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our network security product portfolio. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, preferably in network security, combined with an MBA or equivalent business experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and challenges to offer tailored network security solutions.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and strategic collaborations.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Product Knowledge and Advocacy:
Develop a deep understanding of our network security products and services.
Advocate for our solutions and provide technical insights to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
Provide market feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings and features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the network security or technology sector.
Strong understanding of network security products, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
