    Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Asvil Galaxy Finserv, you will be responsible for driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our client base. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by developing strategies that align with our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to target new customers and expand market presence. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions that align with their goals. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by driving the acquisition of new clients and expanding services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized pitches and proposals for prospective clients. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Develop and execute strategic business development plans that support the companys growth objectives. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer preferences, and product improvements. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Networking: Candidate should have Experience in Networking with Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Companies. Candidate should be able to work with Franchise network and able to establish a healthy network with the Clients, Real Estate Brokers, Investors etc., Knowledge: Candidate should have in-depth Knowledge about Loans, Insurance Policies, Franchise Networking, Vehicle Loans. Candidate should be able to plan a Budget, Presentation skills, Establish the Network with everyone. Note: Candidate must be able to work in the Start Ups. Candidate must be able to meet the Targets, Candidate must be able to Complete the Pre-Proabortion Period and Proabortion Period also.
