It provides solutions to manage Production, Inventory, Cloud-POS, Smart Retail, Omni channel ecommerce, Self - Checkout, Smart Cart, m-POS, Self-Ordering, Cloud Printing, Customer Loyalty, Memberships, Self-Kiosk, GST Returns, Accounting, Analytics and much more! It also provides third party POS hardware with additional enhancing solutions for additional fees.
Roles and Responsibilities
Utilize lead generation techniques, including cold calling, to initiate contact with potential clients.
Present and demonstrate our ERP software capabilities to potential clients.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for outbound lead generation, utilizing a combination of phone calls, emails, social media, and networking to reach potential clients.
Conduct thorough research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and influencers within retail businesses, including independent stores, franchises, and chains.
Initiate outbound prospecting activities to introduce our POS solutions, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, address objections, and position our solutions as viable options.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria including budget, timeline, and decision-making authority, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, and personalized communications to nurture relationships and advance prospects through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
1+ year of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in the retail technology industry.
Strong understanding of Retail Point of Sale (POS) solutions and technology trends in the retail sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions to retail business owners and decision-makers.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and goals.,
