About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Indore! You will play a key role in expanding Yatrikart's presence in the Indore market by securing new retail counters for our products.

Responsibilities:
 Develop and Build Relationships: Identify and build rapport with potential retail partners within the designated Indore territory.
 Product Promotion & Sales: Present Yatrikart's product portfolio to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits to their business.
 Negotiate & Close Deals: Negotiate win-win agreements with retailers to secure new sales counters for Yatrikart products.
 Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
 Onboarding & Support: Assist new retail partners with product setup, merchandising, and ongoing support to ensure their success.
 Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by exceeding assigned sales targets for new counter acquisition and product placement.
 Maintain Accurate Records: Compile and maintain detailed sales reports and customer data.

Qualifications:
 Minimum Bachelor's degree or proven experience in field sales
 Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
 Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
