Job Title: Business Development - U.S. Healthcare
Location: Chennai
Job Summary:
The Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing effective strategies to achieve growth objectives within the U.S. healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, and decision-makers. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Create and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to align strategies and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2- 4 years of Healthcare Business Development experience selling directly to the B2B market (Revenue cycle management (RCM)
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, including payer and provider networks and regulatory environment.
- Experience in RCM scope is a must, the Insurance side is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite and Tech Savvy.
- Ability to manage CRM applications like ZOHO/Hop spot
