Role And Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales process for the assigned area, driving revenues for all products, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by the sales teams and channel partners. They will also be required to implement sales and marketing plans, follow up on sales leads, negotiate rates and service offers, develop and retain customers, and achieve monthly targets.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the courier and logistics industry. A graduate with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil would be preferred.
