About Role :
The Inside Sales Associate role within our company demands a versatile skill set blending sales, customer-oriented approach, leadership. Candidates must exhibit proficiency in outbound sales (B2C Segment). An adept understanding of audience targeting and business segmentation is essential, coupled with the ability to interpret data metrics to optimize strategies effectively. Strong communication skills are vital for collaboration across teams and conveying brand messaging cohesively. Adaptability to evolving digital trends and technologies, result oriented approach. Execute successful industries event to represent organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand about the industry, products or services, client base etc before to proceed for communication with prospect customer.
Make sales call to prospect customer, lead assigned to you by Team Lead/ Manager.
Have engaging communication with prospect customer understand the need and customer behavior.
Propose relevant product or range of product to customer as per their need and purpose, which add value in their life.
Build a healthy and engaging business relationship with customer.
Give product details demonstration (Virtual) or (Personal) with help of field sales team to satisfy customer in all aspects.
Convince customer with all expertise of sales techniques and ensure to get the sale done.
Attend all queries of customer so they understand the product in better ways, at any point need assistance get it from floor manager, ensure customer should satisfied with your communications.
Keep track of all sales calls you made, updated day wise feedback in reporting tools (CRM), MIS.
Ensure you achieve excellent scoring as per quality parameters defined for this role by QA team.
Performance all KRA/KPI assigned to you from Manager to achieve the goal (Sales Target).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Participate in all training programs planned by training department or floor manager etc.
Perform a role of team player, keep collaborative and supportive approach, believe in team work.
Participate in industries event which support for product marketing and acceleration of sales.
Keep focus on the sales targets been issued you, and you should focus to achieve the same.
Qualified Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA degree will add advantage.
Successful track record of 3 Yrs Exp in performing as Sales (Outbound Sales) handling B2C segment, B2B and Healthcare Segment will give advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer oriented approach mindset.
Effectively lead a position with goal base achievement mindset.
Dose understand sales communication and able to showcase in performance.
Multitasking in necessity of this role.
Participation in business events, multiple coordination, successful execution must require.
Proficient in data analytics, reporting tools, and CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot or Zoho etc.
