Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer / Application Engineer

Location : Mumbai or Pune.
 The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our product lines and collaborating closely with customers to ensure the optimal application and utilisation of RUPES products.
 This position requires a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.
 Key responsibilities include providing technical sales support, appointing and managing resellers, conducting OEM demonstrations, and delivering comprehensive training sessions.
 The candidate will interact directly with customers to resolve technical issues and conduct detailed product demonstrations and training for clients, distributors, and internal teams.
 Additionally, the Technical Sales Specialist will support the Area Manager in driving sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications
 Proven experience in technical sales, product demonstrations, and customer relationship management.
 Strong communication and presentation skills.
 Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Experience in selling to SMEs, woodworking factories, and OEMs, as well as engaging with purchasing departments, technical teams, and business owners.
 Those with experience in B2B sales will be given preference.
