We are looking for Business Development Associate for our Corporate Office based at Lower Parel.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves both fieldwork and telecalling to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Field Work:
 Visit potential customers to present our products and services.
 Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.
 Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote Pure Tree.
 Gather feedback from clients and customers to improve our offerings.

Telecalling:
 Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls to promote products and close sales.
 Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
 Provide product information, answer queries, and handle objections effectively.
 Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with clients when necessary.

Sales & Marketing:
 Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
 Prepare and deliver sales presentations to various stakeholders.
 Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
 Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
 Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
 Address customer issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.

Qualifications
 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
 Strong understanding of the food market is a plus.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
 Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
