Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager at Dazzles Studio in Bengaluru. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with outfit selection, coordinating fittings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Salary Up to : 50K

Candidates from Hospitality/Retail background are preferred

Qualifications
 Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
 Experience in retail sales or customer relationship management
 Knowledge of fashion trends and bridal wear
 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team
 Attention to detail and organizational skills
 Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
 Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field,
