Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Powermax Fitness India Pvt. Ltd. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service operations on a daily basis in our Mumbai office.
 Managing FBA and FBF Shipment
 Managing Vendor Central PO's and Processing
 Knows Supply Chain
 Managing FBA and FBF Inventory
 Coordination with warehouse team for B2B and

B2C Orders Queries and Timely dispatch
 Managing and Correction Listings on Various

Marketplaces.
 Analytics MIS Generation.

Qualifications
 Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
 Customer Service and Customer Service Management skills
 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment
 Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
