Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales for our range of interior design products and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for the customer. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
