Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficiency in using Zoho CRM is essential for managing sales pipelines, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Understand their uniform needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
CRM Management: Utilize Zoho CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline management.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously strive to improve sales performance.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Gubbaccis product offerings and be able to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, Field Sales Team, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and sales performance using Zoho CRM.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the apparel or uniform industry.
Proficiency in using Zoho CRM for sales pipeline management, lead tracking, and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary and incentive structure. CTC range is 2.4 to 4.2 LPA plus variables based on relevant experience. In addition, candidates will receive additional incentives based on performance. (There is no cap on incentives)
