Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager at NoBrokerHood in Mumbai. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day field sales activities, including communication with customers, sales presentations, customer service, training, and sales management. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with society stakeholders and driving revenue growth through sales strategies.
About the role
Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C) for Software Application products/solutions.
Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations as they are our potential clients.
Meet prospective clients, and execute product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a motive to get conversions.
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales Opportunities.
Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform.
Key Requirements
Any Post Graduation (MBA Preferred) Willingness to travel on the field on a daily basis.
Should have a vehicle with a valid driving License (DL)
Should be comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off between Mon-Thursday.
Excellent communication (English & regional Language) & interpersonal skills.
Basic MS office excel, word & PPT, etc.
Effective presentation and negotiation skills.,
