Job Description: We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and nurture top creative talent in the creator economy. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, negotiating, and project management.

Responsibilities:
 Source and recruit top-tier creative professionals for our team
 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the creator economy
 Manage the entire hiring process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation
 Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent
 Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
 Organize and attend industry events and job fairs to expand our talent network

Requirements:
 Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the creator economy or media industry
 Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation trends
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to represent YAAS credibly and professionally to potential hires
 Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
 Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Preferred Qualifications:
 Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in India
 Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment
 Network within the creator economy and digital media industry
 Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram content creation processes
