Role Overview
:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute plans to identify and engage qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for identifying talent, and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences

o:Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, including role specifications, skill sets, and cultural fi
t.Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral
s.Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through resume databases, networking, cold calling, and other creative method
s.Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates" qualifications and fit for specific role
s.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient proces
s.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment by providing timely communication, feedback, and suppor
t.Represent the organization positively and professionally to candidates, promoting our employer's brand and value
s.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulation
s.Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition, and apply insights to improve recruitment processe
s.Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire et
