We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring and coaching sales executives, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales executives
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to sales team members
Monitor and analyse sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts and maximise lead generation
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
3+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in the real estate industry
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices,
