Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
Prospect and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Product/Service Promotion:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achievement of Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Continuously track performance metrics and implement corrective measures to drive results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA in Marketing or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within designated territories.
Experience required 0-1 year or freshers also can apply.
