Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Representative at Knowledgeworks Innovative Linguistic Solutions. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting language, eLearning, and multimedia solutions to potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves identifying Clients needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Identify Leads: Research and identify potential clients in various industries who require language services. Develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through, networking, walk-in- and market research,
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their language service needs and present customized solutions that meet their requirements.
Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Highlight the benefits and value of our language services.
Lead Generation: Generating leads in the translation industry through target marketing strategies, networking, and leveraging industry-specific
Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the management team to enhance our service offerings.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Industry Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, seminars, and industry meet-ups to connect with potential clients.
Professional Associations: Join and participate in relevant industry associations and groups.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of Experience in B2B Field sales, client acquisition, and account management, preferably in the language services industry or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge: Understanding of language services, including translation, localization, and interpretation.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
