- Job Description:-
1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through internet sourcing, web sourcing, identifying the right prospects for calling, data generation from job portals, web research
2. Calling customers and giving them information about possible piracy of the given product
3. Working on direct prospects from the field team in lead generation
4. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
5. Close sales and achieve quarterly & monthly quotas
6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
7. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in inside sales.
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
3. Basic knowledge of Excel.
4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
5. Cool-empered and able to handle rejection.
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
8. Ability to handle pressure and work in a team.
9. Good English-speaking skills.,
